How to apply with St Columba’s in 6 easy steps

Apply for a place
Download and complete the enrolment application form. Kindly email or drop off the application form with us together with the required documents on the checklist and proof of payment for the R400 application fee.

Chat to our team and make an appointment
Our team will be in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving your application to make an appointment for a parent interview with our Principal and for your child to have a learning assessment. The learning assessment is simply to help us understand where you child’s current learning level lies and is not something your child needs to study for.

Compile your child’s supporting documentation
A copy of your application will be sent to you with the details of any further supporting documentation we may require.

Visit St Columba’s
When you visit St Columba’s for your parent interview and your child’s assessment you and your child will be able to interact with some of the teachers and coaches who will be involved in your child’s blended learning experience.

Application Approval
Based on the information you provide to us and the availability at the school, you will receive an email with the successful or unsuccessful result of your application.

Final Documentation, Payment and Student onboarding
In this final phase you will need to provide St Columba’s School with the signed parent contract together with payment of the enrolment admission fee and the first month’s school fees. From there you will receive all the documentation needed for your child’s onboarding process.
